This Privacy Policy describes the collection, use and disclosure of personal data by Danwind Group. “Danwind”, “we or “us” means the Danwind Group, or any of its subsidiaries, joint ventures and affiliated companies in the group, details of which can be found on the Danwind website (www.danwind.com).

You can use this website without disclosing your identity. When you access our website, we may automatically (i.e., not by registration) collect non-personal data (e.g. type of Internet browser and operating system used, domain name of the website from which you came, number of visits, average time spent on the site, pages viewed).

This Privacy Policy concerns personal data we may collect during your use of the website such as an IP address. If you register for any of our services or contact us via forms, there will be detailed information about what data we collect and how your data is processed in connection to your registration. Danwind is a global business. Our customers and our operations are spread around the world. As a result, we collect and transfer personal data on a global basis. Danwind takes all appropriate organisational and technical security measures to protect your personal data and has implemented necessary security measures in order to safeguard your data. Any personal data submitted will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be processed for the purposes for which they are collected.

This tracking allows us to gain a better understanding of potential areas for improvement so as to continually improve the relevance of and accessibility of the content we provide. For how long will we store your personal data

How long we will hold your personal data for will vary and will be determined by the following criteria:

  • the purpose for which we are using it (as further described in this policy) – we will need to keep the data for as long as is necessary for that purpose; and

  • legal obligations – laws or regulations may set a minimum period for which we have to keep your personal data.

Your rights

You have the right to gain access to the data processed about you. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to rectify the data processed if relevant. Please note that Danwind may not always be obliged to comply with such a request.
